Gathering in Indiana Room (Hospitality Room)
Room open noon to midnight
Snacks provided by committee members.

Homecoming Parade - Meet in hospitality room at 5:15 PM and car pool to designated spot for viewing of parade. After parade, will return to Holiday Inn and have Pizza in hospitality room after parade.

Friday September 15, 2012

Hospitality room will be open 7AM to Midnight

Bus tour Tour of Johnston, Camp Dodge with tour of Gold Star Museum - Bus will pick us up at 10:00 AM.
Sandwiches and snacks will be provided for lunch.

Attendees are on their own for the evening meal.

Homecoming Football Game - Meet in hospitality room at 6:45 PM to car pool to the game. Cost for game will be $6.00 per person. Game starts at 7:30 PM and last to approximately 10:00 PM.

Saturday September 15, 2012

Hospitality room will be open 7AM to Midnight

Free time until Banquet

Cash Bar and Banquet in the Minnesota Room in hotel

Cash Bar - from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM

Banquet at 6:30 PM – Dinner will be a Prime Rib Dinner with baked potato, house salad, vegetable, rolls and homemade cobbler for dessert. Cost is $38.00 per person.

Sunday September 16, 2012

Breakfast buffet - 9:00 AM at Ryan's Steakhouse, 1900 NW 86th Street in Clive. Cost is about $8.50 per person.
