45th Reunion
Friday night June 22, 2007
We are gathering at "Encore Pizza" 5775 Merle Hay Road, starting at 6:00 PM.
The decor is from our high school era and alum who've been there say pizza is very good.
You will be able to order from the menu individually or as groups so cost will be your determination.
Denny and Candy Elwell are having a summer party at “The Barn” from 8:30 – 11 pm. They would like to extend an invitation for you all to come and join them after you leave Encore Pizza. Directions to “The Barn” will be provided at Encore Pizza.
Saturday night June 23, 2007
We are asking the Johnston Station Historical Society (JSHS) to have the
museum open from 5-7 PM. The JSHS has also developed a power point presentation on the
history of Johnston and they show this after dinner on Saturday evening.
Our theme for Saturday night is Barbeque in the Barn, setting up at 6PM and we will be tapping the keg at 6:30 . Obviously this will be a casual dress weekend—leave the tuxes at home. Our meal will be catered by Johnston restaurant. Cactus Bob's. Soft drinks and bottled water will also be served.. Because we are having alcohol, it will be necessary for us to have an police officer on hand. Alcohol will stop being served at 11PM. Appetizers will be prepared by the reunion committee and dinner is expected to be served at 7PM. Total cost for the night will be $30 each.
