Goal - To have a Cadillac and a happy husband.

AND NOW:

We still live in Urbandale and work at the same jobs. I'm still with the USDA and Jerry is still with Titan Tire. We have my mom, one son, two dogs and a cat still "at home". Monday the 23rd of June we were blessed with our first grandchild. What a thrill!!!

Our son Jerry is a dentist with the Des Moines Dental Group, he has an office at 401 1st Avenue South in Altoona.

Jason is an investment consultant with Principal.

Jack (the favorite son of the moment - the father of our wonderful grandchild) is a broker at Brenton Bank in Johnston.

Jeremy will leave in September for his National Guard training.

UPDATE:  Well, now I have three grand children. It just doesn't get any better. Nicholas Mitchell Cooper was born on the 16th of January. Jerry and Jessica are his parents. He's a very smiley guy and so much fun. Jacob John Cooper was a birthday present to me, he was born April 2nd the day after my birthday. Jason and Jodi are his Mom and Dad. He's fun too and he's a very strong guy.

Our little princess Hailey just turned one and she's so beautiful. She's a woman of very little hair and the alluring walk of a chimp right now, but she is truly the most beautiful girl in the world to me and grandpa.

Well, that's about all.

Oh, Jerry's factory (Titan Tire) is on strike so he's gone into the shoe repair business. He's at Blackford Shoe repair in Urbandale and he loves it. Who would have thought he'd start a new career now.

It was great to see the letter from Dana.

I'll be thinking of everyone-
